The most disrespectful and weird "interview" I have ever experienced... Conducted by the head of HR in Colombia, who didn't even bother to connect with her camera on, supposedly due to a medical procedure she had.. if that was even true, why not reschedule the connection, for a time and place when she was able to paid attention, listen and really engage in the conversation, at least out of respect for the candidate's time, among other considerations?
