District manager called me pretty far in advance and scheduled an in person interview with me. I went in and completed my interview and received an email a few weeks later saying that they had decided to go with someone else. On LinkedIn I saw they hired someone from within. I believe they only interview outside candidates because it's required, it seems like they only care about employees who have already worked for their company.
