Applied to the Sr. HRBP role with OTT HydroMet in Sterling, VA. Had 6, yes 6 interviews with VP of HR and 5 members of senior leadership over the duration of 2 months. Was told it was take 3 weeks after the 6th interview for a hiring decision to be made. Ghosted, by VP of HR regarding a hiring decision I follow up week 4 and was told they went with another candidate. Wow, 25 years in HR and this was by far my worse experience ever.
