Interview
Applied online, recruiter reached out then hiring manager scheduled a teams meeting. I did receive and email stating they went with another candidate which I was not surprised, (bet it was a male candidate).

Mostly explained past role, he did not smile one time, very serious. Said the device sold itself and drilled me on process I established for calling on hospitals. He did not believe me about something and was online verifying. Felt as though he was calling me a liar. His management style would not be a fit for me.

Interview
I was first contacted by a external recruiter on Medreps online job submission. The rep had prepare questions for the first phone interview. Several days later, I was scheduled to do a phone interview with a internal recruiter out of their home office in Washington .
The phone interview lasted 25 minutes and said the next step was a second phone interview with the regional manager and then a final panel interview following that.
