I received a response to phone interview with the Talent Acquisition lead after submitting my resume on Indeed and through their Applicant Tracking System. My conversation with her was very warm, very energetic. She made the entire process super comfortable and she kept all communication open and transparent. Shortly thereafter, I had a panel interview in person with the same TAL, the CEO, and the VP of Verbal Beginnings. This process was also very smooth, I didn't feel pressured and I really enjoyed learning more about the culture of the company. I received an in-depth offer letter and instructions the following day.
