I was referred by an employee so it was more simple than expected. Interviewed with three different managers, the third one being the district manager. It took about 2 weeks for everything to get done, including the background check, and after that I was ready to go into training. Everything was pretty straight forward and would suggest applying as soon as possible as training for the job does take up 3 weeks.

They ask for sales experience and asks you to role play. If you worked in food, they would ask you how did you maximize your tables to get the best tip possible. Troubleshooting is also role played.
