It is a skype Interview. went through with some plsql,forms,reports,interfaces questions and also some basic questions on workflows. asked about order to cash flow with tables.They were happy with the process and said they will conduct another 30 mins of skype interview for another round of technical interview but they never come back. I followed up in email many times.
