It is very disappointing after researching and preparing for the interview and then not being told whether you get the job or not. Not a great introduction to the company when you see exciting updates from the company on LinkedIn. Every candidate needs to get feedback on how they did. I suspect in my case my salary was way higher than this local role was offering but then tell me that? I also said I'm flexible as I really needed a local role for my personal circumstances. But whatever. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't get it. You never know how disorganised they are! I'll keep the commute mate, you keep the low salary!
