LinkedIn referred, make contact with Sourcer who arranged an interview for the same day. This implied urgency, sat with interviewers one made reference to my accent and as the person was Eastern European it was funny that my accent was brought up. Understood it was close of day so went with the low energy. Not really structured questions, allowing me to go into detail. I don’t think they had an interest in me tbh. Wasn’t able to delve into challenges atm and when I followed up with Sourcer after interview there’s been no response but he’s online constantly on LinkedIn, removed the connection and moved on! Candidate experience is paramount especially when paying below market value for the role!
