Applied online for the position, about 3 weeks later a recruiter from Chicago reached out to schedule a phone interview. The interview was about 35 mins and the standard questions were asked. Was told about the additional process - meet w/management to discuss next steps and expect a call within the next week. Of course, no call came, reached out to recruiter a few times but no info was given. Finally about 3 weeks later the recruiter told me that they went with another candidate.
