HR was very involved in the entire process. Just ask any question you need about the process, and they were happy to answer. The process took a month long, from phone screening to the final interview, which was four consecutive interviews in a four hour period.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you balance the need for timely execution and high-quality outcomes in your project management approach? What strategies have you used to maintain quality while meeting project deadlines?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Verily in Sep 2019
Interview
The recruiter contacted me by phone, and the process took 9+ weeks. I went through 1 round phone interview by a technical people, two rounds on-site interview by a product manager, and a senior engineer leader. Then a coffee time with the hiring manager. The interviewing with the team was quite good but lost the connection with the recruiter later.
I wrote several emails to follow up on feedback, just received one response to asking me to wait. Since nine weeks passed, I don't think I'm still in the pipeline. 6-8 weeks is an average duration, no matter how the feedback(result) is, the recruiter should keep the candidate informed. The experience is poor.
