The interview process consisted of 1 phone screen and 2 onsite interviews. The phone screen was pretty basic, but consisted of a lot of questions and lasted about 30 minutes. During the first onsite interview I met with the recruiter I would be working directly with and with the Sr. Director of HR. Afterward there was a skills assessment test. During the second onsite interview I met with the same 2 people, plus the CEO. They ask a lot of role and skill based questions, but they also ask a lot of questions to make sure you'll be a good cultural fit.
