Worst Experience! Lack of proper process. No HR reached me initially. I directly received a mail from Manager for a 45mins telephonic interview, later it was changed to video meeting (Not sure why). Interview started on time, but there was also another person in call (audio) who never spoke till the end. The position was for US Citizen and this was NOT mentioned in the Job description. I hold H4-EAD. Interview started with a clear note that I won’t be selected. I still gave my best in this stress interview. Outcome - Proud about myself!
