The first interview is a 30 minute phone call with an HR member that just asks basic questions about your resume and what you're looking for in an internship. It's a very easy conversation, they're just trying to see if you would be a right fit and are personable. After that phone call I was immediately scheduled for the second round which was at their financial corporate office in Tulsa, OK. This interview was two one-on-ones that lasted about 30 minutes each.
