I applied online and got an offer to complete an online video montage. The montage had basic interview questions that you would record yourself answering. You only have one shot but you can take as long as you want to prepare. The whole montage needed to be done in about 4 days.

They asked me about my experience with API testing and how I handle critical bugs in a production environment.
I had a digital interview and then a final video interview with two employees...There were ten questions for the digital interview, one of them was asking how you implemented new technologies. Behavior questions, talk about your projects, very nice people... great experience
