In this job, you will be expected to resolve a variety of customer issues, sometimes with limited instruction or guidance. Can you tell me about a time when this happened to you? Tell me about a time when you were assigned a new responsibility at work that required you to learn a set of new skills or acquire knowledge about topics with which you were previously unfamiliar.
