Applied online and was in touch with an in-house recruiter the next day. Asked me a bit about myself, what I was looking for and organised an interview the next week. Attended interview and was met my SOC manager and a team leader. Interview began with an introduction, my job history, some technical security questions and then a 50 question multiple choice test regarding cyber incident response. This was my first time doing a multiple choice test during an interview after many diferent positions within multiple companies. After the interview, I heard from the recruiter the next day and was made a financial offer. After some changes, I accepted the offer, fulfilled a background check and gave my notice to my former employer.
