Interview
Very stressful. Position expectations unclear. Had to answer questions in star format. No matter what the answer was not good enough. The hiring manager had a specific person who he had in mind all along. Interview was about 2 hours. Provided so many examples during the interview. Gave generic feedback on why I never received the position.
