I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview was very corporate. The interviewer had a print out of specific questions and guidelines he had to follow. This was my first interview, fresh out of college so I was not as prepared as I should have been. The interview is tough because there are many situational questions to see whether you fit the job position. Make sure to study up on questions like...Name a time when you gave great customer service...have you ever had a problem with a following boss...how did you resolve that problem if there was one?...Name a time you had to sell something to a difficult customer...very tricky questions
