Was asked for an interview right away. The online process was great. The first few minutes of the interview was asking for basic qualifications (do I have any relatives working at Verizon, do I have a non-compete, salary expectations, am I ok with a hybrid environment). We discovered we would not be a good match when going through the basic requirements. I appreciated that they asked these things at the beginning of the call instead of spending a lot of time on the phone and finding out at the end. She gave me suggested roles that would be a better fit, so I appreciated that. It was a good experience overall.
