Quick yes/no questions; interviewer was clear in their questions. Asked nothing too challenging; general behavioral questions. Good cadence, and keeps the flow of the interview pretty well. Explained the benefits, office locations, work from home flexibility, and vaccination requirements among other standard questions about my personal eligibility to work and if I have any family ties to the organization.

Pre-interviewed with a military recruiter to go over 1) position, company, and salary expectations; 2) my background, skills, and what I can bring to the team.; 3) behavioral questions about experience I had in the workplace under certain circumstances. Great experience. The recruiter was also a veteran and had similar transition experiences as me.

I had a Brief phone screening with the recruiter and then a virtual Hour conversation with the hiring manager for the role. No follow up was received after the interview even after following up.
