I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied in late 2019 and there were several rounds of interviews. I first submitted my resume online and was required to complete an assessment. A couple of weeks later, I had to complete a video interview online through pre-recorded questions. The next step was a phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview with the store manager. Had a final interview after this with the district manager and then received word from HR that I was hired

Question 1
STAR format: Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict and how you overcame it.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
