Three rounds of interview. The first one from HR, the second one from hiring manager and finally with the business group director/Associate Director. The first round caters to the resume, the second round to the role and the third round is based on personality assessment and informal connects.

What were the roles i performd in the previous organisation?
No interview held. Applied on March 19 (today is May 1st), and besides the automated acknowledgement, no additional information has been received. Being an HR professional, I cannot stress more the importance of the candidate experience and how it also affects the customer (or prospect ) experience .
