First round with HR, second with Manager, 3rd with two directors. After that, an offer letter was given to me verbally and then sent via email. Start date was about a month out from when I accwpted.
Verizon has a significantly lengthy interview process involving several levels of management. Expect this process to take up to a month. Typically you would start with your direct superior in a tag team setting with their peer.

Took a total of 2 months from first interview to passing the background check. Process consisted of 2 screener interviews. One in person interview with manager and their boss. Final interview afterwards is a virtual interview with the departments President. They asked plenty of situational questions. Study the STAR method for answering interview questions.
