Interview
Had a phone screen with recruiter and they gave me a project, i asked couple questions about implementations, but HR doesn't understand the tech stuffs, so HR just copy pasted requirements that dont make much sense, it took me quiet a while to meet all their "strange" requirements, i handed in project, they got back to me in 2 months told me they still reviewing, then i had a call with CTO during the call the CTO didn't even know what i did in the project and didn't ask anything about the work and effort i spent on the project, he asked me couple behavioral questions, few weeks later they told me they don't have need for my skill set.
Almost 2 months worth of time are wasted . on this interview process, they could just tell me in the very begining that they dont need people, i guess they just throw people in the process, throw you a project with bunch of weird requirements and finally even without looking at it. Completely waste of time

Question 1
the project is to design a program to identify whether a parking spot is occupied, you need to read from the video streams and make predictions, pretty standard CV program, just bunch of enginnering non sense requirements, such as you have to submit this as a docker with a very strange format, although everything can be packaged in a restful service in a compact and clean way. anyway, it was wasting of time
