Interview
My interview process was terrific with Verkada.
It started with an Initial phone interview with my recruiter Nick. We had a great conversation about my background and career goals. He did an great job speaking about Verkada and their team culture.
I then moved on to a phone interview with the sales manager. We went more in depth about my background and sales quota attainment.
My final interview was a panel discussion on site with 4 sales leaders at the company. I had wonderful conversations with the team about my interest in Verkada and team culture.
Overall my interview process was incredible and my recruiter Nick did a perfect job keeping me updated along the way as I was never kept wondering what was next.

Very efficient and rapid interview process.
Step 1 - Screening call with HR
Step 2 - Call with Sales Manager
Step 3 - Call with Sales Operations to run through previous performance metrics
Step 4 (final) - In person interview at their office. Consists of a culture fit meeting and a mock discovery call with a prospect
Although I didn't get the offer, Jasmin from the HR team was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave a very strong first impression of Verkada from the go.
The initial recruiter did a great job at selling the interview process and awesomeness of the people I would be speaking with. ...They all seemed to be busy with their minds up prior to the meeting. I understand it is a competitive position but it felt like an audition where the director already made up his mind
