Interview
The process was so smooth, quick, and professional. First, my resume made it to the recruiter who told me that I was selected for a 30 minutes phone interview. This phone interview is about quotas attainment and is really numbers-driven. The on-site interviews were with 5 different employees (managers, employees of the same level as your position you are applying for). It was more personal and more about getting to know each other. I feel that this idea is to see if you could fit within the culture and execute what requires the position.

Why do I want to change of industry? What excites me about this industry in particular? What do I think makes this company special and different? What position would I like to be in in the future? How comfortable and good would I be at doing something I have not done in the past?
Interviewed with the company they did a thorough process. Interviewed over zoom with the recruiter and a senior manager. Then interviewed with 4 managers in office. Seems to be a very grind hard culture with them being in office 5 days a week.

Interview
Fairly straightforward and standard interview process.
-Initial 30 minute call with recruiter where they make sure you’re a good fit for the role.
-30 minute zoom interview with RSM.
-Flew out to Phoenix for final stage where I interviewed with 4 more RSMs and Sales director.
Come prepared with multiple full sales cycle stories from Prospect to close and be prepared to discuss details.
Additionally you will have to provide references that they will reach out too and you will have to go over sales quotas and attainment in previous roles with a data collector. Not nearly as intimidating as it sounds.
Whole process took about 6 weeks and received an offer.
You will have a recruiter that will guide through the interview process giving very clear instructions and guidance. Mine was extremely helpful and part of the reason I ended up accepting. So shout out to Garrett.
