Toxic sales culture and it shows right from the interview process. Aggressive recruiters and interviewers. I wish they'd think more about their interview process, it's not all numbers and metrics. These are people you're hiring.

Very fast paced. Seemed like the recruiter was reading the same script she uses everytime. It was one of my first interviews ever and I think she caught on that I was a bit nervous and reassured me that it was ok and the rest went by quickly.

Phone, online and in-person interview. They were asking general "why" sales questions. Receive feedback pretty quickly. People and recruiter are very nice and welcoming, they were really helpful throughout the interviewing process.
