The interview process consisted of two virtual interviews, an at-home project where I put together a deck, and finally an in-person interview day at HQ consisting of 4 interviews, presenting the project to interview panel, and a timed writing assignment.

The recruitment process is a joke and completely disrespects the candidate’s time. No clear idea of what they are looking for in their roles. Roles open and close week by week. Don’t bother and find a better opportunity elsewhere.
