“Can you walk me through the most creative (or “hacky”) campaign you’ve ever launched and the results it delivered?”
“Which key performance indicators do you prioritize when measuring a campaign’s success, and why?”
“If you challenged me to penetrate a strategic account like Boeing, what marketing programs would you recommend to engage and win that business?”
They gave a very detailed take home task, I spent hours on it, then the feedback was very short and without empathy. Overall it felt like a very negative experience.
