Disorganized and disjointed. Each interviewer asked the same questions and some even admitted to having no idea what role I was applying for. This was even in the 4th and 5th rounds. Conversations were very relaxed and not very technical. They were definitely looking for a culture fit. Recruiters also took weeks between rounds to return feedback. In the end, I was told a hiring freeze was coming and all role below director are being frozen. I feel like I dodged a bullet.
