I recently participated in a technical interview where the entire discussion centered around my resume. We thoroughly reviewed my experiences, projects, and skills, but surprisingly, there were no technical questions or coding exercises. The interviewer seemed more interested in understanding my background and how it aligned with the role, rather than assessing my technical abilities directly.
