Got an email that I was being invited for an interview, and I could book a time through a calendar link, and all the timeslots given are on 15min interval only. The interview was as you would expect in 15mins, very very rushed, like you're on a talk show. It wasn't an HR interview but a Senior CSM who would be the one you'll be directly reporting to should you get hired. I was asked what about the CSM role do I like in particular; what's my day to day look like in my previous role; why do I want to work there, etc. all pretty basic. When it was my turn to ask questions about how they measure success, I was met with "I don't know yet. There's just me in the team currently".
