My interview focused on my career goals, my experience and training as a phlebotomist, and my ability to work in a healthcare setting. We also discussed the demanding work schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure I would be able to reliably report to work during those hours. Overall, the interview was conversational and centered on my qualifications, availability, and commitment to the role.

Very fast interview, pretty simple questions. They offer job shadows and there was seemingly a lot of room for growth within the company. The interview included a phone interview and then moving on to the hiring manager interview over zoom and then a job shadow. Which followed a job offer.
