Normal Process for most part, phone interview followed by in person interview, but during 2nd interview, I had me take this super long questionnaire which asked the same questions 3-5 times in different ways, took around 2 hours to complete (extremely boring, tedious, and annoying) then another total hour in between waiting for interviewer to return then other questions. Very little of the questions were skill/background based. This was by far the longest, most boring interview I have ever been to. And it was a long drive for me. They could have made it a video interview or allowed me to do this painfully long questionnaire at home but they didnt. If I was you, I would reconsider working there altogether. 0/5 stars
