Brief phone interview that barely qualifies as a technical screen. Then, a 2nd, in-person interview. There's no receptionist (although there's a desk where one would sit), so once you enter and sit there, waiting for someone to get you...nobody does. Is this a test? Eventually had to say "Hello?" down the hallway until someone heard me, even though I'd shown up when they told me to. Very unprofessional. All of these things should have been warning signs. I then spent 30 minutes or so taking a personality test from the 1970s (Google "DISC personality test"). After that, I spent even more time filling out paperwork, and being told some of the more medieval rules of the company (for example, you're not allowed to smoke, at work OR at home). Finally had a more in-depth technical interview (which turned out to be misleading -- they'll tell you what you want to hear about the job, regardless of whether or not it's true), and after that there was a final interview with the CEO. They made me an offer, and out of desperation, I took it. I should have listened to my gut.
