The recruiter reached out regarding my application, we had a 30 minute call and was told that I would be speaking with the Hiring manager next and she was recommending me to speak with them as I was a "very strong candidate". Two weeks went by and I heard nothing back from the recruiter and they ignored my emails. Very unprofessional.
