I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Aug 2022
Interview
I did an initial phone screen, a zoom call with hiring manager and a panel interview. Constant communication/phone calls with HR throughout the process. A few days after the panel interview I had a phone call with the HR rep, to which I was asked if I'll be okay coming in as a senior specialist. I felt really disrespected as i had gone through the process for a quality manager position. I said no as it seemed deceptive to make someone go through the process and then want to demote the title and still expect them to perform the same responsibilities.
