I was approached by a recruiter. Pre-screening process was standard for a leadership position. Recruiter was interested in knowing how open I was to moving to the Boston area. I offered a very positive attitude towards commuting to the area during the workweek, but that the near-term likelihood of moving into this extremely expensive area was low. I have been approached previously and consideration was dropped cold when I shared that I was not ready to move right now.
