Was hired in 3 months from application to Job offer. Two seperate applications. Three rounds of interviews with HR, then manager, then manager + manager's boss + HR. Gave me the run around for a bit and then gave me less than 12hrs to accept their job offer even though I later heard no one else had applied. Very aggressive.

No questions were unusual. Exactly the questions you'd expect in a standtard job interview. Your experience? How would you handle this? Why are you trying to leave your current work place?
