Was reached out by recruiter after applying online. The recruiter was so friendly when scheduling the screening interview. Screening interview was actually over teams not just a phone call. Several personality/behavioral based questions. I was scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager and team after at the end. During the second interview they were friendly and very easy questions asked. However after being told I was moving to the next steps I was ghosted. I sent a follow up email to the hiring manager and did not get a reply. Don’t get why I was told I would move forward to be ghosted. If there was a better candidate simply send a rejection notice. Don’t ghost.
