Process started with a general HR call, Next step was an interview with the hiring manager together with the team leader. Final step was an interview with a Senior VP.

It was a 3 round interview process. Never felt like interview, felt more like conversation. First was with hiring manager, 2nd a case study presentation, 3rd leadership round. My concerned HR, Milan, was thoroughly professional, helpful and collaborative. He picked all my calls to clear all my doubts every time, which is a rarity with HRs. The entire process was very smooth and accomodating. I can already feel that the work culture here would be great. They gave me offer beyond my expectations.
