Interview
I got an info from them from recruiter. Then, I had a phone interview with Director of Development, a Codility Test, and an person interview with team, director of development and 2 principal engineers (latter dialed remotely).

Q. What is your level of expertise with MVC?
Q. What Design Patterns you are familiar with, and how did you use them?
Q. What projects you have been working on in last several years?
Q. What technologies are you learning in your free time, or want to get a greater exposure from?
Q. Look at Angular code on JSFiddle, and find a mistake there.
Q. Look at C# code, and find an error in class initialization.
Q. Look at 2 LinQ statements involving joins, and tell us the difference between logic.

Very good process and friendly staff. Quick turn around on decisions. Good overview of the position and high emphasis on company values. Known as a best place to work. Good location and flexible workstyle.

Interview
Started with a phone screen with the lead of engineering, followed by a coding quiz. After that I had an onsite interview which was a whiteboarding problem, high level design problem, common Java and sql problems, and a culture fit discussion.

Interview
Received an email from HR, asking for availability to schedule initial phone interview. I replied with my availability, however I did not get any response to confirm it. Then, the next day of my availability HR contacted me through email asking to give some time options for next week. I replied with the time slots for next week. And the story repeats, I am still waiting to hear back from HR.
Very unprofessional from organization.
