I applied online. It was a short application and I believe the only reason I was selected for an interview was because of where I went to college, as that was one of the only questions outside of providing a resume. Scheduling was quick and easy and the recruiter screen went great, or so I thought. Was told I'd hear back by the end of the week and never heard from the recruiter again. Sent follow up that was ignored. Have the common decency to treat people with respect. It takes barely any time to send an email saying that the candidate wasn't selected, especially when the job posting sites have automated ways to handle this.
