I had a phone interview the Recruiter, which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I came into the office for face-to-face interviews. Shortly after, I was invited to visit one of their communities and meet with the HR Director and Executive Director. From there I had a few more phone interviews and a final on-site interview before I received my offer. It was a very positive experience and I was able to gain a broad perspective of what it would be like to work there and who I'd be working with.
