After a quick phone interview with HR, I was scheduled to participate in a face-to-face meeting a week later for a Senior Manager position. I had been told that Vicor was looking to fill out his position very quickly. I showed up at the time and place for the interview at their HQ in Andover. After one hour and ten minutes of no one coming to meet me at the reception desk, I had no option but to leave the premises. A couple of hours later the recruiter (not a Vicor employee) called me to let me know that the position had been filled in internally, and apologized for Vicor's behavior. With such first impression to the company, I do not have any positive feedback to provide this company.
