Most of the interview was touring the facility, not many technical questions were asked, think they just want to gauge your personality. You will meet with multiple managers but it's not as intimidating as it sounds.

Interview
Was asked to drive 15 hours during a global pandemic for the interview on 2 days notice, with the understanding I would be reimbursed for my expenses. Arrived at the facility, interviewed with 7-10 team members. All asked good questions, challenging me, then did a good job describing the team environment. Got to the end of the interview and was told the position was already filled by the Human Resources employee and she sent me on my way, but before leaving, she again confirmed I will be reimbursed for my travel. They sent me the expense form, which I filled out and returned, then I never heard back from them on the matter, even after sending reminders bi-weekly. 5 months later and still not reimbursed.
