I was contacted for an interview, then they ghosted me after I contacted them back trying to set it up.
I totally understand and agree you can't respond to every candidate that applies, but you can certainly spare a quick email when you've made contact, then changed your mind for whatever reason. They're either very disorganized, or could care less about your time. Beware.
