I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
It went pretty quickly. They went through the duties of the role in depth, and explained to me the qualities they looked for in an employee. The interviewers were very sweet, and got straight to the point--and said this is what you're going to be doing, they didn't sugar coat anything, they told me how difficult the learning curve was going to be--which I really appreciated.
