I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Tempe, AZ) in Nov 2015
Interview
After turning in an in store application you have a first interview with a manager, if invited back you interview a second time with a different manager. They ask why you want to work at VS, what your favorite bra is, to talk about yourself, what you are looking for in this job, what kind of management style you like etc. Training is typically 2-3 days and you are on your own!
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
